Each lecture is 1.5 hours and includes access to a CEU quiz and certificate. Lectures have been pre-approved for NPCE by the American Nutrition Association. I also post slides, references, and any other resources provided by the presenter. Recordings are available indefinitely; quizzes/certificates must be submitted by December 2027.
