Supplements for Athletic Performance and Fitness: Supplement Deep Dive (2026)

A training for practitioners with Jaclyn Sklaver (1.5 NPCE)

February 9th from 12-1:30 pm ET

What you'll learn:

Cut through the noise and marketing hype surrounding supplements to focus on what actually works for active individuals and athletes. Designed for professionals working with recreationally active clients through elite performers, we’ll look at most commonly used supplements for performance, recovery, body composition, and overall health that are evidence based. You’ll learn which supplements are truly effective, which are overhyped, and how to match the right tools to the right athlete or active population. Through a practical, science-driven lens, we’ll cover dosing, timing, quality considerations, and real-world application across different training demands and life stages. The goal is not just knowledge, but confident decision-making—so you leave able to recommend supplements strategically, ethically, and effectively, rather than relying on trends or brand claims.

A recording will be available to everyone who registers, so please sign up even if you can't attend live.

By the end of the session, you'll be able to:

Communicate evidence-based supplement guidance clearly and confidently to active clients and athletes while navigating misinformation and marketing claims
Apply appropriate dosing, timing, and duration strategies for evidence-based supplements to support performance, recovery, body composition, and health across varying training demands
Integrate supplement strategies within a comprehensive nutrition plan, ensuring alignment with your clients goals and physiological needs
