She/her
Camille has been working with clients as a clinical herbalist and nutritionist since 2003, with a focus on fertility, pregnancy, and menstrual health. Her clinical work is guided by her background in physiology, along with a belief in the power of incremental change: starting small, listening closely, and helping clients make changes that actually last.
A teacher at heart, Camille spent nearly 17 years teaching physiology and pathophysiology at the Maryland University of Integrative Health. One of her strengths is breaking down complex concepts into clear, practical points that clinicians can actually use. She now brings that same approach to Monday Mentoring, her community of practice for herbalists and nutritionists, as well as her continuing-education programs, like this Deep Dive.
Camille holds a doctorate in clinical nutrition from MUIH (now part of Notre Dame of Maryland), along with masterâs degrees in herbal medicine (MUIH) and physiology (Georgetown University). She also hosts the podcast In the Clinic with Camille and is the author of Write Better Newsletters: Grow Your 1:1 Practice with Emails People Actually Want to Read.
